Backyard Barn Wedding in Blanchardville, WI –<\/span><\/h2>\n

This was one Wisconsin backyard wedding for the books! Here is where two best friends became husband & wife. I mean, what else should you do when you have a spacious property with a wonderful woodsy view, spacious spot for a party tent, and a big barn?! Adria had THE most unique transportation to her First Look. She rode over to her future husband, Jeffrey, via a four-wheeler! Under a thriving oak tree, they had a very picturesque & sweet greeting. The rest of the day was emotional for sure. Two families were joined, but a father & grandmother (among others)<\/em> were deeply missed. It was easy to spot traces of their memory tenderly honored throughout the day though, and I was touched by Adria & Jeffrey’s strong sense of family. One of the very first people who got to see the bride was Adria’s grandpa & I don’t think I ever came closer to crying at a wedding than at that moment when Adria showed him his wife’s picture on her bouquet. After tying the knot, Adria & Jeffrey honored their parents’ with a lovely rose ceremony, and then made a point to greet every single one of their guests on the sunny lawn.<\/p>\n

Adria & Jeffrey were tender & lovely with each other during their portraits, but don’t let them fool you. There’s some spunk under those relatively calm demeanors! Much to my amusement (& surprise!), <\/em>Adria & Jeffrey tested their glutes, quads, & biceps as they took turns giving each other piggyback rides before entering their reception tent haha! More mingling & a serving of cupcake later, the newly weds had their First Dance back in the barn. Finally, to wrap up the romantic day, Adria & Jeffrey modeled for some jaw-dropping nighttime portraits incorporating Adria’s family barn. I knew the barn meant so much to Adria, and I’m so happy that I could incorporate it in some timeless portraits for them!\u00a0Hope this gallery warms your heart!<\/p>\n
