Wisconsin Equestrian Photography Session –
Now that their session has already been published by the National Horseman magazine, I can share these images of Skyler & Poppy during this equestrian photography session! It was such a pleasure in all sense of the word but especially artistically! I didn’t know it was possible for the light to be so dramatic & dreamy in a horse stable, but it sure was! We took a few of Skyler by the barn doors of the stable and then we switched it up for some action shots of Skyler riding Poppy. After Poppy did a few laps, the steam coming off him created some epic portraits which you’ll see down below. In one, the steam almost looked like wings on Poppy!
Fun fact: A few things to look for in horses in equestrian photography are high knees, good head posture, beautiful tails, and their ears being alert & forward facing. If anyone would love some photos with their horse (or any other fur-baby to be honest!), you can inquire here!
P.S. You can see another portrait session here!
